Do I have to learn any tools or write prompts?

No. The product is agent-mediated, not self-serve. You message Sherwin in your private workspace, drop in photos or notes, and the edits get shipped for you. There's nothing to install, no editor to learn, no prompts to write.

What's the difference between the $99/mo and $149/mo tier?

Managed ($399 + $99/mo): your site lives at yourname.be1st.io — a subdomain we own and run. Same site, same admin, same support; no DNS to manage.

Custom Domain ($399 + $149/mo): exactly the same site on yourname.com (your own domain). We handle DNS, SSL, and email forwarding. Pick this if you already own the domain or want one for the brand.

Will I have an admin panel? Do I need to use it?

Yes — every site ships with a full admin panel for menu items, hours, photos, bookings, orders, and so on. You're welcome to use it. Most clients don't — they just message Sherwin and we update everything for them.

What if I want to make a quick change myself?

Drop a note or photo in your workspace and tag it "ship now." Sherwin pushes it the same day during business hours. For typo-level edits, that's faster than logging in anywhere.

Do I own my domain? What if I want to take the site with me?

Your domain is yours. We manage DNS as part of the service; if you ever want it pointed elsewhere, we hand off the records.

The build itself lives on BE1st infrastructure. Think of the monthly like Squarespace or Shopify — you're renting a managed, agent-run site, not buying a deliverable. Stop the monthly and the site goes offline; keep paying and it stays running, edited, and updated for you.

If you ever want a clean hand-off (codebase + documentation + transition help so you can run it yourself or with another team), it's a one-time hand-off fee of $1,000–$1,500 depending on scope. Most clients never need it; it's there if you do.

What happens after launch?

Hosting, SSL, security patches, performance monitoring, and ongoing edits are all included in the monthly. Your workspace stays open — that's the relationship, not just the build.

My project is more complex than the standard tiers. What now?

Hit the Custom Build tier in pricing or email Sherwin directly. Multi-location, franchise structures, unusual integrations, migrations from existing infrastructure — all doable; we just scope and quote it per project so you know exactly what's involved.
